26 and still not able to have my second child yet my son is now 8 I’ve been trying for about 4 years not and still nothing atp (At this point) I just really really give up and crazy thing is this time I wasn’t thinking anything about it when my guy and I get busy and still nothing happens Is there anything I can do instead of treatment I tried pre seed and that didn’t go through that do I do
