Did y'all started buying things for the baby (babies in my case lol)??? I found out their genders a few weeks ago and they had a big sales on Carter's website and I went crazy!!!!! Please tell me I am not the only one 🥲

Im due oct. 4th I have started buying the most important essentials first 3 in 1 bed/ pack play has a changing table bassinet and then the reg bed for after too big for bassinet,  car seat/stroller system, 2 in 1 swing/bouncer, diapers and then just few clothes. This is my 4th baby so i have learned over the last 3 kids what is best to prioritize first. And not to go wild buying clothes because honestly its not worth it especially cute little outfit for newborn or first couple months its just not practical spend your money on more 3-6 month clothing and so on. The newborn / 0-3 month clothes they grow out of so quick i cant even say how fast so just a heads up to 1st time mamas DONT waste money on tons of newborn /0-3 clothes. Blessings to all!❤

18 weeks- i have crib, glider, mama roo, rock and play, moby wrap, diaper genie. Still need car seat play mat and new monitors. Don’t overwhelm yourself or space with too many toys while they’re newborn. You can grab some of that while on maternity leave after four months etc

We are just 20 weeks now and honestly have everything for baby. We started buying after our 10w appointment, when we did the blood test and found out it was a girl... plus we had our tax money so wanted to go ahead and buy things so we weren’t struggling later on...

Have only bought a snuggle me bed thing. Third baby and if it’s a girl, she’s set. Two girls already and the second was born Jan 2020 so, don’t really need anything except a new bassinet.

We’re due October 6th with our first. So far he has a closet full of clothes, diapers and wipes, tons of books, nail clippers, a mamaroo, bouncer and bathtub. Also a diaper bag. My mom i
Bought his crib and dresser which we get June 14th. She keeps telling me to wait for a baby shower but I honestly feel like I have nothing done. Like I see some of these mamas who have literally everything and the entire room decorated. Then I start to feel guilt like I haven’t done enough even though we’re making process 🤦🏼‍♀️

You’re not the only one. I’m having twins and I got lots of clothes from Carter’s already too lol 😂 I think it’s just the excitement. Plus I knew their gender super early because we had PGT done so I’ve been buying for a while
