Miscarriage 5 Weeks

I received my positive digital test (1-2 weeks) last week and had been tested positive since. Last night I felt like my symptoms had disappeared. I took another digital today and got negative, tested on others and got the same results. No bleeding as yet. I guess I just wait for that to happen? I hadn’t told my GP, do I need to or can I just do everything naturally at home xx
