Need Opinion

To start off I’m going to make this as short as possible. Thank you for being patient if you stay with it.

In October 2017, I met my now husband. We both knew immediately that we were the one for each other. In Feb 2018 we went on a get away weekend and he proposed. Two weeks later I took a test and it was positive. I made an appt for my OBGYN for two weeks after that (soonest available). Between my positive and appt I miscarried. In December of the same year I had a second early miscarriage. Since then no positives. More background information:

Currently 38yo

Was 35 and 36 for both miscarriages.

Clinically obese.

Anxiety

No other medical issue until the past year. When I developed type 2 diabetes and was dx with PCOS.

I have lost approximately 10% of my weight since diagnosis. (On the recommendation of my PCP)

My OBGYN will not support any type of fertility doctor recommendation OR even trying to conceive due to my type 2 diabetes and PCOS diagnosis and age.

I love my OBGYN for his compassion (he cried with us for the second miscarriage).

Do you think I should change OBGYN because he does not support our desires to conceive?
