I’m 27 weeks and for the past few days I’ve been having the most intense nausea and dizziness to the point where I feel like I’m gonna pass out. My stomach has also been very upset but luckily there’s been no vomiting. This is so strange to me because I barely experienced any nausea in my first trimester and the symptoms seem so intense and sudden. I have a doc appt in about a week but was wondering if any of you have had a similar experience?
