COVID and TODAY IS MY DUE DATE

So... I found out Monday that I have COVID. Just got the word from my doctor today that they made a decision about how I’m not going to have anyone in the room with me, not even my child’s father. They are also expecting me to take care of the baby by myself as in dressing him and all that. They said they won’t be in and out the room to help me because I have covid. I just wanna know if there’s some advice or tips for delivering while I have covid. Because this doesn’t sound like it’s going to be easy on me at all. I’m stressed out and it’s making me even more sick. I don’t know what to do 🥺
