what I did; I started with a sugar free diet. I eliminated all added sugars and stuck to only natural, and I began eating sugar free chocolates for any sweet cravings. once I eliminated chocolate I dropped 3 pounds in the week. in addition to the sugar free diet, I was doing little to no carb and high protein, while also working out 6 days a week. I am also on a calorie restricted diet (but not everybody needs to be) to help with my weight loss. the mindset is the first thing and the hardest thing to change. but once you start seeing results and feel yourself getting stronger, it's an amazing feeling!
