Abnormal bleeding

I started my period a week ago, and it hasn’t ended yet. My cycle isn’t normal but I’ve never had one this long. Due to massive amounts of stress, Last year I only had two periods, and they were 4-5 days. Now that the stress is lowered it seems like my cycles are returning back to normal, except this one. Some days it’s light some days it’s heavy, this morning while using the bathroom I felt a dull achey feeling while peeing.. should I be concerned. Today is day 15, no birth control, no sex, I’m on a steroid inhaler, and anxiety meds but I was on my period before I started the meds. .. help please 😓
