High school junior , I need help !

Hi guys so I’m 17 and I’m going to apply to colleges this summer, but because of corona this school has been my worst year throughout my whole academic career. I’ve gotten D’s and C’s this whole entire because I ended up developing really bad anxiety and depression (I’m in therapy now)... but I’m afraid that I won’t be able to get into college at all😭 even though I only have like one A, will I still be able to go to college? I really don’t want to bring this up to my family because they are very strict and they only expect me to have A’s, please help..
