itchiness after bv treatment

i had a pap smear done about a week ago and it came back “suggestive bv” so i was given a prescription to take 2 pills everyday for a week. i didn’t even know i had bv bc i didn’t have a smell, itchiness, or different discharge. i have 2 days left with the medication and yesterday when i was getting into the bath i realized my vulva was kinda sore which was weird so i thought maybe i wiped too hard or something? but then i started to itch down there and i didn’t have it before so idk what’s going on...any ideas?
