Pregnancy sign? TMI

I’m 13 dpo I’m supposed to get AF today but I’m not that regular so I’m not completely sure. Anyways, I have this strange feeling of almost like gas coming from my vagina accompanied by white watery ish discharge. I believe people call this feeling “queef”. I’ve NEVER experienced this feeling without sex and it’s happening more often and Radom time during the day . I just feel like a blob of discharge wants to come out and if I got to the washroom they’ll be not as much as I thought and my panty will be sort of wet.

Has anyone experienced this and got a BFP?? Tested at 10dpo and bfn. I don’t want to test again until tomorrow.
