Gestational Sac Shrinking / Brown Discharge

Found out I was pregnant a week ago and I had a gestational sac on the ultrasound that said I should be about 5 weeks 2 days. Tested blood the next day and hcg levels were 7,340.

The last day or two my brown spotting that started a week ago has increased to soak through 1-2 panty liners a day and I’ve passed some dark brown clots. Today, a week from my first ultrasound, they did another scan and said the sac is a little smaller and an irregular shape and could be collapsing. However, this time they saw the faint line of a yolk sac.

Doctor asked me to come in for another scan in one week, and if things haven’t progressed then they will terminate. They did give me a progesterone suppository after I asked but I’m not feeling very hopeful. This is my first pregnancy and I have pcos... I’m 31. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
