Any mamas out there have fatigue as basically their only symptom? No sore breasts, nipple sensitivity, nausea.....

With my first I dont think I had any symptoms until like 8 weeks.. now pregnant with baby #2 and im only 4 weeks and im SO sick already.. so feel grateful it hasn't come yet! Lol
