Changing table cover

I am looking for a changing pad cover to put in place of this. My best friend gave me her crib but the straps are dirty (won’t come clean) and the pad is old. I have looked for one to fit (16x28) but the only ones I can find ANYWHERE are 16x32. Any one know where I can find one to fit this??
