Threatened Miscarriage?

I should be 6 weeks, but two days ago at the ER they said my ultrasound measured me at 5 weeks. They only saw a gestational sac, and my HCG is 1,000. I went because I'm having some hardcore bleeding with some pretty large clots, stringy bits, and just nasty bloody stuff coming out of me.

I expected them to tell me I lost the baby when I got there. We were expecting the worst. But they said my cervix is closed and the gestational sac is still in there, we basically have a 50/50 chance on if everything will be okay or if we'll completely lose the baby. I followup in a couple days for more bloodwork and ultrasound to see if hcg is dropping or rising. Fingers crossed because this is supposed to be our rainbow.🌈❤️🤞 We just had a loss in March.

Has anyone had a "Threatened Miscarriage" and everything be okay?
