Skin extra sensitive to sun
I know this app had an article that warned me: pregnancy causes changes to skin sensitivity in the sun. Did I listen? Noooope. I'm one of those pale people that tans really well, and hardly ever burns. I put a light layer of spf 30 on just my shoulders, and spent 4 hours on my paddle board. It's a beautiful Michigan May day. 2.5 hours in I noticed my skin was feeling angry and applied sunblock more thoroughly... but didn't cover up. Lesson LEARNED, ladies, let me tell you. I look like a friggin' lobster. I've never been burned so badly in my life. The sides of my hips are actually somewhat blistered 😂😂. Me->Dumbass. 🤦🏻♀️ Learn from my dumbassery: buy SPF 50, liberally apply that crap, and cover up! That article wasn't kidding.
