PP bleeding or period?

Is it possible to already have my period at 4.5 weeks PP? first time mom and first c section. Bright red heavy bleeding a few times two days in a row. My PP was more sporadic and darker. I’m also EBF which I thought usually delayed it. Just trying to figure out if I possible wounded my healing or if it’s period.

I had my period literally the night of the day I got cleared to resume activities, such as sex and whatnot, at 4 weeks PP. 
Side note: I ended up having just a super long medium level one for 15 days or so, and the day I went in over it (you should if it goes over 10 days I believe she told me I may be wrong..) They prescribed pill birth control on top of my implant, and when I got home, boom, no more period. Didn't even pick up the script.

Yup definitely! I got my period normal while EBF 🤷🏻‍♀️

Possible. But personally my pp bleeding after my first baby and urgent csection last year was about 8-9 weeks. And sometimes it stopped for couple of days getting me thinking that yei! But then it came back. My ob also confirmed me it is pp bleeding at my 6 week vist, because she did an ultrasound and well whatever she saw, she told some is still coming... And she was right few days later, again.
But I didn't have it heavy, just like a light day every time.
