COVID vaccine
Not another one of those threads I promise!!
I just went to get my first dose and was refused. Prior to booking my vaccine, I rang the gp to try to speak to someone and was told I needed ring 119 for advice. I rang 119 and they said there was no issue and just that I needed to book in, so did it over the phone with them. Turned up today, was allowed to queue for 35 mins before being turned away cos I am pregnant. They said they couldn’t give it to me without a letter from GP or midwife! Waste of time and so confusing for us pregnant ladies. The guidance is we should have it but then can’t actually get it!!
Has anyone else had this happen? Or any advice?
