Baby threw up after feeding

Hi,

My week old infant (preemie born at 36 weeks) threw up after feeding (bottled breast milk and formula). I am not sure what triggered it, maybe we moved her around a lot. However, we want to know if we should try feeding her again or wait till the next feeding cycle? If we need to, how should we go about it? My wife is still low on breast milk supply so our best option is formula,but i am worried this might trigger another bout of vomiting. Thanks for your advice
