Why has this happened?? Pls help

I took 4 positive tests yesterday (some faint)

But today it's negative

Wdf is wrong with my body!!!!

I can't stop crying I've the worst sore head

I have no idea what dpo I am :( I have pcos so it's hard to track my ovulation!!! 😓😓😓😓 I am gutted
