Heyy mamas ❤️ my babygirl has this on her neck. Yesterday I used Johnson’s hand and face wipes and I’m pretty sure that caused these bumps. What products would get rid of this?

My daughter had the same thing. I just started rinsing her and not using soap. To clear it up some before trying another soap. Then I would try a different soap. Doctor said it was normal but since dad has sensitive skin. She may have sensitive skin as well if I want to try different soaps with her. 
I ended up going through a bit of soaps before finding one that works for her.
She had those bumps all over her body.

Just don't use those wipes again and wahs it with soap and water
