Should I be worried?

36+1 and I was up all night with contractions but they weren’t close together or regular enough for me to feel the need to go to the hospital. They eventually faded throughout the night but then at about 12 this afternoon I went to the restroom and saw this. Is this considered my bloody show or just normal or...? It wasn’t a whole lot. Just want to know if it’s something I should be worried about or if I should be preparing myself for labor. Thank you!

P.S. I’m not sure if this is important but at my last appointment I was dilated only about 1/2 a cm and she said “my cervix is extremely soft“ whatever that means 😅
