Do hemorrhoids get worse with each pregnancy?

This is baby #2 (37weeks) for me and damnn.... I thought I had hemmroids before but that's a lie. I definitely wrecked my butt hole giving birth last time but it never really bothered me to much (and I knew I wanted to get down there sorted after we had number 2 as I'd assume giving birth again would add to the excess skin around there)

But I just recovered from 1 hemorrhoid (lasted a week) that was so unbelievable painful. To getting another one the last couple days in a different spot. I feel like it is really ruining the last few weeks of pregnancy as I'm so irritated/frustrated because of the pain.

I just don't understand what I'm doing to cause them to happen. I've used cream, aloe, which hazel pads, ice packs and just bought the sitz bath to soak my ass in.... so over this! The only thing that worries me about giving birth is making this roid situation worse.....
