Late going on 5 days on my period

So I took my IUD out two months ago this would have been only my second period but I’m late going on 5 days and I took a pregnancy test like 2 days before my expected period and it came back negative so I thought ok I’m not but now that I’m this late and emotional asf crying over every little thing lol and my boibs hurt (Laura Fans will get that 🥰) I’m almost certain I’m pregnant my partner wants to wait until I miss the whole thing not to get our hopes up but I don’t know if I can wait the suspense is killing me lol what would you ladies do?🥰💙
