Gestational diabetes… help

Hi mamas!

This is my second baby & my first time having GD. I need all the help I can get. I’ve watched videos & read forums, but I need to know a couple things that aren’t so clear.

When do I test my blood exactly? Is it one hour before breakfast & then 2 hours after after meal? And is that considered two hours after the first bite or two hours after the last bite?

Thanks for your help in advance! I’m passed the anxiety stage & passed the overwhelming stage. I’m going to grab this bull by the horns & rock it. I’m determined to get my sugars controlled by diet & exercise alone. I want to do my best for my baby… 💚
