Fall at 10 weeks

Hi everyone, was looking for some advice if possible. I am finally pregnant after loss and infertility. Anxiety has never went away and also have hyperemesis aswell so been quite unwell. I am 10 weeks along but had a fall at home yesterday. I landed on my side and really sore afterwards. My hospital can’t be scanned until tomorrow. Has anyone had a fall in 1st trimester and been ok? So so worried. 😣 thanks in advance. 💓
