Kind of embarrassed to ask...Masturbating during pregnancy

So I’m slightly embarrassed to ask this, but is masturbating during the first trimester safe? I’m currently 10 weeks pregnant and haven’t felt any “relief” since my bfp. I have a history of miscarriage in my last pregnancy which has me scared to do anything.

Is it safe?
