Hi, everyone. I could use some help being that this is my first miscarriage. Yesterday, at 6w4d, I went for an ultrasound because I had light spotting and bleeding. The tech said my uterus was empty as well as my tubes (thankfully, not an ectopic). I had a blood draw, and my HCG was 202.

My question is... should I still expect to pass clots if there is nothing in my uterus? I’ve had nothing but light spotting and bleeding on and off, with no pain. I’ve had some small seed-like clots, but nothing large. The nurse said I should expect to bleed for a week or so.

Anyone have experience with something similar? Any help is appreciated. 💔
