First period after pp?

I’m 8 weeks pp and I got my first period. Mine is already a bit heavy and I’m cramping some as well. 
What’s y’all experience? How long did yours last long or short? Was it short or heavy?

Not breastfeeding, 22wpp no Perot yet. Ugh the wait is soo stressful!!!

With my first the 2nd period was actually worse than the first. The first was normal flow but lasted about a week. The second was extremely heavy, almost like pp bleeding, for the first 2-3 days and then more normal bleeding. Lasted about a week. 
I only had 1 pp period with my second, but it was a bit heavier than normal, lasted 6 days.
I did notice that since changing to reusable period products (cup and cloth pads) the bleeding wasn't as bad and the symptoms weren't either. My 2nd pp period after my first we were on vacation so I had to use what I could find at target and that's when it was so hellish.

I got mine 6 weeks pp and it was very heavy, lasted about 7 days (pre-pregnancy they were usually about 4 days).  I was exclusively breastfeeding, and that didn't keep it from coming.  My doctor said it's less common but still normal and I was just one of the "lucky" ones who got it back right away.
