My sister gets mad at me all the time because she’s so mean to her kids (3 and 7 year old boys) and I call her out on it and she says that I can’t tell her how to parent her kids because “you don’t know what you’d do yet until you have kids” I’m 30 weeks pregnant and I don’t think there will ever be a point in my life where I shame my child because I “have” to raise him. You simply shouldn’t have kids if you’re going to throw it up in their faces that you have to do everything for them.. it might be a little different if they were teens and acting ungrateful (I still wouldn’t do it to my child) but they are BABIES!!! They didn’t ask to be born and she lets them know everyday that they make her miserable and her life would be better without them. She’s constantly trying to send them to someone else’s house. I absolutely HATE going out in public with her especially at restaurants because she will smack them for doing something as minor as sitting too close to her “taking up the whole table” or spilling their drink or dropping food then the kids are screaming and people are staring at us. Anyway the reason she’s mad at me now is because I told her that her 7 year old isnt old enough or tall enough or even heavy enough to sit in the front seat of her car. Even if it’s for 5 minutes to go to the store. It only takes .2 seconds for something horrible to happen she already doesn’t put him in a booster seat even when he’s in the back he just sits in the seat and the seat belt goes over his face when it’s in front of him so he puts it behind him... so unsafe... his legs are so short that he sits on his feet because if he put them straight he would kick the seat and it’s not even that she doesn’t have a booster because he has at least 3 but she said “he doesn’t want to do I’m not gonna force him” 🤦🏼‍♀️ that’s kind of part of being a parent... also her 3 year olds car seat is a Graco toddler car seat idk the specific name but the chest buckle has sticky stuff in it and it doesn’t click shut when you put it together all he has to do is lean forward and it comes undone. Not to mention that she can’t go 5 minutes without her phone in her hand even while driving and she speeds everywhere she got a ticket for going 35 over and she said that she was going 75 in a 35 so she was going faster than the ticket they wrote🤦🏼‍♀️ her kids were with her then. I don’t like going places with her because it gives me anxiety sitting in the passenger seat I feel so bad for her kids because they have to be ride with her all the time it’s a miracle they’re still alive. I told her that she’s gonna wish she listened to me when CPS shows up at her door because she beats her kids in public or when a cop catches her with a 7 year old in the front seat I’ve thought about calling CPS but they will just take her kids then they will be in foster care and I don’t want to lose them because I love them like my own but I just don’t know what to do....
