Reversing it?

My 2 year old is starting to get brown stuff on his 2 front teeth. What can I do to get rid of it? He uses fluoride free toothpaste because he still swallows the paste lol. Not much brown stuff on his teeth it looks like it’s just starting 
He had a dental appointment back in March, isn’t due for the dentist till September.

We use fluoride as recommended by the dentist. There is such a little amount that any that is ingestion is not enough to cause issue. I’d take him to the dentist.

There’s no reversing it but you can prevent it from getting worse. Use fluoride, stop any juices or fizzy drinks and brush 2-3 times a day. 
I’d make a follow up appointment to get it assessed. Your child is very young to brown spots.

I’d make another dentist appointment sooner to discuss with them what the stains are - it’s likely tartar/decay but stains can also be caused by other things like enamel problems too. If it is decay, anything you’re doing now over the counter will help prevent further damage but you really need the dentist to address the current damage.
I’d get advice on what products to use from your dentist. Some forms of tooth mousse are ok to use with young kids too- you just need to carefully read the packet/instructions to see which ones. 
Consider avoiding things that are higher risk in terms of causing tooth decay (like sugary drinks that ‘coat’ the teeth) and make sure your toddler drinks water every time they eat to help ‘rinse’ their teeth throughout the day. You can encourage them to swish a sip of water around their mouth at the end of a meal or snack.

I'd get a fluoride mint Toothpaste. We use adult stuff, and she doesn't try to gobble it up like she did with the kids paste.

There is a fluoride treatment that my pediatrician and dentist offer that is just like a layer treatment. So you don’t have to worry about them swallowing it and it helps protect their teeth. I don’t know if it helps reverse anything, but it will help protect from cavities and stuff in the future.
