Extreme sickness

Has anyone experienced being sick with your pregnancy? I just recently went through a miscarriage back at the end of March, I am pregnant again and about 3 weeks in according to the clear blue test/weeks indicator. With that being said, I am already experiencing extreme nausea and morning sickness along with really bad fatigue, and on top of that I just got confirmed with pneumonia and bronchitis. With my very first successful pregnancy, I experienced a Uti and a yeast infection. Has anyone else been through this kind of sickness 😩
