It’s probably just scar tissue
All my mine have been raised up for an amount of time before they’ve settled down

Looks like it may be a keloid. It's pretty much scar tissue that is healing from surgery. Check with doctor, they can give you meds for it. My aunt(in law) has them from having repeated heart surgery. Don't stress, just call them.
