MURPH
I don’t know if any of you lovely ladies are crossfitters, but today I completed my 4th Murph! This time at 23 weeks pregnant.
For those of you who don’t know, Murph is a hero workout to honor Michael Murphy.
1 mile run/walk
100 pull ups (ring rows)
200 push ups (elevated)
300 squats
1 mile run/walk
I scaled the crap out of it, but I finished!! 41:59
