Two ectopic pregnancys and now I'm pregnant

So I want to find out about other people story's, I'm feeling really all over the place.

2019 Nov I had an ectopic and left tube removed

2020 may another ectopic and had an injection and it was in the same place as the 1st ectopic. Apparently its 1 in 70,000 chances it can happen, I was that lucky one.

2021 now I'm pregnant

Found out I'm like 3-5weeks

pregnant, usually I have pains on my tum, it's something I have always dealt with but now it's more but lightly on right side on stomach not so on womb area, I'm so nervous has anyone had 3 ectopic pregnancys?? I'v had my 1st bloods today and 2nd Friday but don't get my results till Monday.

Has anyone else had three in a row??
