Im 14 weeks and 6 days with my 4th pregnancy. I'm absolutely in love with my belly I feel huge but you can tell it's a baby growing🥰 I'm exhausted most days I have 2 toddlers at home😊 pretty anxious this pregnancy I lost my baby girl full term in Oct
