Hi! I’m hoping to connect with others or have others comment on their experience with going from birth control after over a decade to the copper IUD. I feel very alone and my obgyn always talks babies. Im not ready for babies and I want the copper IUD. Currently experiencing it and have no idea what is normal or not. Please help if you can :) much appreciated. Thank you

I got the copper iud almost 3 weeks ago and I’ve been fine!! Just typical spotting but I’ve noticed an increase in discharge (could just be that my period is soon or something to do with the spotting). Minor cramps every now and then however not any hormonal changes I’ve noticed yet
