Finding out gender?

Im currently 9w5d pregnant withy rainbow baby and my doctor has told me i can get an abnormality test and with that blood test it can tell baby’s gender 
My main question is was the blood test correct for babies gender if you found out or was it wrong ?

Blood tests are 99% accurate. You either have the male chromosome or you don’t. If you do then it would be a boy. If you have no male chromosome in your blood then you’re having a girl. ❤️😊

It’s like 99% accurate.  It was right on my first two and I’m waiting for my anatomy scan to make sure it’s correct this time as well.

I had it done and it was 100% accurate for me. Genetic testing at 10-11 weeks said girl and she in fact was a girl

It’s incredibly accurate but we never did it because it was like $1,000 not covered by insurance and we didn’t want to know if there were any red flags for issues. I know a few people who were told baby would have Downs or other genetic disorders and it caused them a lot of anxiety and baby was born and didn’t have any abnormalities.
