Iud help

I had my IUD for 4yrs......I had normal periods on time every month.

After taking it out I still had a normal period on time....it was definitely heavier than usual....the doctor did suggest no unprotected sex if we didn’t want pregnancy.......but we are for sure on the same page about it

Anyways I was given the pill in exchange and totally bombed keeping up with taking it daily

My question is has anyone experienced pregnancy right away???

If I had a normal regular period every month should there be any major reasons why a late period suddenly?
