I'm currently breastfeeding and I'm struggling with weight can I do keto while nursing?? 
What's a good diet to be on while nursing ?

In all honesty dieting and BF just don’t go together. You need to be getting enough calories and making sure you cover all your macros 
Just eat really healthily and worry about ‘dieting’ when you wean?

I’ve wondered about weight loss and bf too. I have lost 3 kilos by light exercise such as walking or going to the gym 2-4 times per week and being mindful of the kinds of foods I’m eating. Making sure I fill up on fruits and veges and limiting processed snacks. Nothing too strict or anything. Giving my body time and grace to do its job providing for my baby. Breastfeeding can burn up to 500 calories a day too so I think that’s helping with some weight loss
