the first picture was around 2 weeks ago and it was itchy on and off and it’s still the same but i just noticed today that i have those little dots now on both my arms

Looks like eczema? Dry skin.

Looks like a heat rash. My husband gets that on his arms all the time in summer. Put baby powder itll get better really fast if its from the heat
