Child support

How do I get child support started (I stay in Texas)? I’m currently 33weeks and 17. My babydaddy is 22 and honestly being pregnant has brought out how much of a pos he is. All he cares about is selling weed and guns and when he’s gonna go buy more, havent done shit for the baby, I’ve bought everything my son needs and my family has gave my some clothes as gifts most of all, all he got was the car seat. His family is racist, he didn’t even take care of him self. I’ve talked to him about the child support and all he said was “If they can find me”. Like wtf. He had not been there since I got pregnant and I just recently broke up with him because all he does is make me cry I’m sick of this shit🤦🏼‍♀️
