Just that this is how things usually look even shortly after it gets cleaned and organized AND this is 1 persons doing and that person claims to always be cleaning....

Aside from the sink not being cleaned out I don't see a problem at all? Looks like a well stocked fridge and pantry.

The sink yes, I'm not sure what you think the problem with the fridge and cupboard is though? They look perfectly normal. You live in a house, not a museum. Things aren't going to always be perfectly in place.

Hell no. Too chaotic for me. I’m not OCD but i at least need to be able to find what I’m looking for. Looks like there’s no rhyme or reason for a lot of the stuff in there.

The sink could use a cleaning, but the fridge and the pantry don’t look awful. A little disorganized, maybe a little full, but it don’t know this person’s life. Maybe they have ten kids, maybe they work a lot of hours, maybe they’re disabled, who knows? Maybe they just don’t care as much as you do? It’s not a disgusting mess, it’s just overfull and a little disorganized. And honestly, the sink area just looks like it needs a little rinse and a light scrub, sort of like someone just finished preparing a meal.
This is by no means the worst.

Sink made me gag (I can’t stand wet/soggy food stuffs though) but the rest looks fine. It looks like you’re living. Life is too short to keep everything perfectly clean and organized all the time. 
Assuming you and your significant other are having an argument over cleaning, unless one of you is literally living like a slob it’s not worth the stress. No two people live exactly the same and you’ll always nitpick at each other if you expect it to be at your standards all the time.
