Can’t fall asleep
Hi! I’m a first time mom with an 8 week old. You’d think with getting such small amounts of sleep I could nap when my son naps and pass out when he first falls asleep at 8 pm but I just lay there forever before dozing off. I’m scared to take anything since I want to be able to wake up when he cries. When he wakes at night to eat it’s also hard to fall back asleep. What is wrong with me!? Any advice??
