FTM with MIL concerns

I’m 36 weeks pregnant, ready to have my first child. My parents have been super supportive throughout the entire pregnancy to the point where they’re helping my fiancé and I get our last minute items (without asking for help). My mom threw us a wonderful baby shower, the whole 9 yards. While my mother in law kept telling us that she would throw us a baby shower but never did and is always making up an excuse when we bring it up. (we didn’t include both sides of the family due to covid and both having large families). When we told her that we were expecting, all she and her husband said was “oh cool” and then changed the subject real quick to complain about my fiancé’s bother and his girlfriend. They just sold their house and bought a new one, bought a new truck, and a tractor, but they couldn’t get anything for their grandson that will be here shortly. While they’re showering gifts and toys for their other two grandchildren. I’m super upset with the fact we never got support from day one and continuing not to get support. It’s not about the money or anything like that. It just breaks my heart for my fiancé to not get support from his own family while this is his first kid and when his brother had his first kid, it was such a big deal and got TONS of support. It’s getting to the point where I don’t even want them coming to the hospital when I have our son, cause I feel like they’ll disappointed us there as well. Am I just overacting?
