Eating Disorder
I’m almost done 19. I’ve been doing a calorie deficit for a few months now and have lost 10ish pounds. I’m currently 160 and 5’9. I’m not overweight I just wanted to loose weight to feel better about myself and to look good/feel good. I’ve been eating roughly 1600 cals a day. My issue is I have health anxiety and I don’t want to end up with an eating disorder. I am insecure about my body sometimes and I am pretty strict on my calorie counting. Idk any advice?
