i’m curious to know what’s the earliest people have had sex pp. ive googled when’s the OK, it states there’s no particular time but the first two weeks are very delicate..
i would like to know what the public has to say about this tho & the earliest they had sex.

You need to ask your doctor this, not us or Google. Your doctor can tell you when it’s safe. It’s usually 6 weeks minimum. Doing it before your doctor clears you can be a big risk for infection. Also unless you want to get pregnant again right away you should get on some birth control.

The dr literally tells you (or is supposed to) that you need to wait 6 weeks or cleared by a dr to have sex otherwise you could get an infection and your body needs time to heal

Wait until 6 weeks. You still have a big wound in your uterus from where the placenta detached when baby ws born. No need to risk infections.

Earliest for me was at 8 weeks pp and that was still extremely rough. I definitely wouldn't recommend sex before 6 weeks pp unless explicitly cleared by your doctor. After birth, you at risk for infection and/or hemorrhage due to large wounds in your uterus (and potentially cervix, vagina, etc)

It’s usual at your 6 week appointment that you’ll be cleared. However you might not get cleared, my doctor told me to wait another 2 weeks as I wasn’t fully healed. It can be very unsafe before you get the okay from your doctor.
