Cost to dye and trim?

I live in Michigan I want to dye my hair copper and have blonde money streaks in the front I got quoted $140 for the hair dying and then a trim of my dead ends she said because of the thickness and the length… their haircuts start at $60 and I thought $140 was pricey… last hair cut place I went to charged me $85 for trim and hair dye 1 color. It wasn’t the most amazing but it wasn’t the worst at the last place.

Please urgently help!!! I don’t know if this is really too pricey I love my hair and want it to look amazing.
