Career change?

Has anyone else changed careers? I went to cosmetology school and I’ve worked at 3 different salons now and I can’t say I’m loving it.

The women are rude, I can’t seem to make parents happy at all. The schedule sucks ass, it’s not very rewarding financially or emotionally.

I’m watching my peers become these amazing degree holders and wives and husbands and mothers and fathers and I just…

I feel like I can’t afford kids or vacations or weddings or anything like that..I can’t even afford to live on my own yet.

Has anyone changed careers super young? I’m only 23..

I’m looking into going back to college and getting an actual 4 year degree..maybe in Elementary education? I just don’t feel like I’m happy with what I do for a living and I don’t want to feel stuck yano?

Should I give hairdressing more time? Or look into other things?

My mother was a nurse and I’ve looked into that too. I just want something more stable I guess? I just don’t know….

I like animals..but I feel like the only real job with animals that you make good money with is veterinarians. And that’s a lot of school.. I wanted to be a vet since the age of 6. But I suck at math and…I just don’t think it’s possible.

I feel stuck and depressed and I want to enjoy life and enjoy work and not feel like I’m forcing myself to work till I die…I also need to see my therapist but that’s another post and another problem
