Okay I was bleeding June 3 the doctor told me that he think I had a miscarriage and that my hcg level was low went to the doctor yesterday and my doctor said my hcg level increase what do that mean that I could still be pregnant please help me I need some feed back and now today I’m having light cramps

Did your dr not explain? 
It means that your levels are up but without knowing what the levels were previously and now, there is no way to know if it's a viable pregnancy or a chance of a mc. 
You should just call them and ask for a better explanation.
